Our easy-to-use tool allows you to generate reports on your Business Reply Mail items as they are processed through our plants across the country. This tool will enable you to reconcile the items that you receive and plan for items that are coming your way.
By logging into the BRM reporting tool, you can view these reports online or download them for further analysis.
BRM Daily Counts Report - Displays by date, by order number and by campaign, a count of all Business Reply Mail items that received a final scan at the mail processing plant from which the items will be delivered to you.
BRM Origin Counts Report - Displays by date, by mail processing plant and by campaign, a count of all letter-sized Business Reply Mail items that have had an initial or "origin" scan at one of our mail processing plants across Canada. These items are on their way to being delivered to you.
