Stephen Edmondson

Stephen Edmondson is VP, Customer Relations. He brings a broad range of customer service experience at the executive level to Canada Post, with background in call centre operations, marketing, change management, business process, and project management.

Before joining Canada Post, Mr. Edmondson was a Senior Vice-President with The Verde Group, a company specializing in customer dissatisfaction measurement. Prior to that he was with Rogers Wireless where he held a number of senior roles including Vice-President, Customer Process Improvement, Vice-President, Sales Support & Communications, National Vice-President, Customer Service, and National Vice-President, Call Centre Operations. He also worked for Bell Canada in Sales and Service, Product Management and Operations.

Mr. Edmondson holds a Master of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering) from the University of Toronto. He is married and has four children.
