Submitting a Change of Address is an important 7-step process and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

• a current and forwarding address
• a valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
• a valid email address
• a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption
• authority to act on behalf of the businesses listed on your request

Change your address at a Post Office

For your safety and security, current, valid, original, personal, government issued customer identification must be provided when you purchase Change of Address service. When submitting a Change of Address request for a commercial entity, the representative must also demonstrate the authority to act on behalf of the addressee.

Renew your service

To renew, amend, or stop your online service request, you will need your online Change of Address reference number, your contact first and last name and the password you provided. Applicable fees apply for a renewal.

If your request was submitted at the counter and would like to renew, amend, or cancel your service present your original receipt at any Post Office.

Note: If you have moved to a different address since the time you last submitted your Change of Address request, you are required to submit a new request and pay the applicable fees.
