About pickup service
- Available to commercial customers with access to "account" as a method of payment.

We pick up your shipments on business days at regularly scheduled times, or on demand when you need it.
- The fee for scheduled pickup is based on the volume you ship—it's free if you ship more than 120 items per week!
- A standard fee for on-demand pickup applies. A minimum of 5 pieces per pickup is required.

Rates & prices
Xpresspost Certified is available in two formats:
- Prepaid Xpresspost Certified envelopes with flat rate pricing—purchase them in advance and use them when you need them.
- A non-prepaid convenience envelope—for use only with a bar-coded shipping label generated from a Canada Post approved shipping system.

Whether you use prepaid or convenience envelopes, Xpresspost Certified service is always convenient when shipping sensitive documents. Buy prepaid envelopes in advance and ship whenever you need to, or order convenience envelopes and only pay for the shipping when you purchase the shipping label.
