Record your health card and health insurance information online. Canada Post’s Personal Vault includes handy personal info cards you can use to record health numbers. You can store health records for your whole family, access them from anywhere and share with trusted contacts.

How it works

  1. From the Vault tab inside epost, select Add Form and then choose General Information.

  2. Enter your health card number and health insurance policy.

  3. Select the plus (+) symbol in the bottom left corner to add another form.

Tips banner

  • At the top of the form, in the Form Name field, add a descriptive name for your health information.
    Example: Bloggins Family health cards

  • Then, in the Name field, enter the name of the health card holder.
    Example: Aaron Bloggins
