Our Change of Address service redirects mail from your old address to your new address, so it can take a little longer for mail to reach your new address. Please wait 5 business days from the start date of your service to expect any redirected mail.
What you can do
- Check how you receive your mail at your new address. If it’s through a Community Mail Box but you do not have the keys, request keys now.
- Save time! Report the issue online.
