I forgot my epost password. What can I do?


Answer

You can reset your password online by selecting Forgot your password on the epostTM sign-in page. You will be prompted to provide your epost username. You’ll then have the choice of having a temporary password emailed to you, or resetting your password online by correctly answering your authentication question.

Note: We can only email you a temporary password if you provided an email address in your contact information when you first signed up for epost service.
