If you have a Solutions for Small Business (formerly VentureOne) card, but haven’t created an online business profile, please do so now. In addition to Free Shipping Tuesdays, you’ll get great discounts on shipping and marketing when you transact online.

This may be because:

1. You used an incorrect username and/or password. Try again or reset on the sign in page.
2. There is a compatibility issue. This problem can arise if you have a FlexDelivery^TM, epost^TM, or an inactive or incomplete Canada Post online profile. In this situation, call 1-877-262-5762 for support.
3. Your online business profile has been deleted due to inactivity. In this case, Canada Post will have sent you an email to inform you that your online business profile has been deleted due to inactivity for two years. You must create a new online business profile and link it to your account number to benefit from the promotion.
4. Your account has been deleted due to inactivity. If it has been over two years since you transacted with Canada Post using your business account number, your account may have been deactivated. If you require access to data from your deactivated account, please call 1-877-262-5762 to reactivate your account number. If you do not require past data and have decided to start transacting with Canada Post again, it is recommended that you create a new account online.
   
   If reactivation is requested on a Tuesday during October, you will not be able to take advantage of the offer that week.

You may have used that email address to register for another Canada Post account. Please use a different email address to create your online business profile.

Promo codes are only available for Canada Post Solutions for Small Business^TM customers who are shipping on behalf of themselves in Canada Post Snap Ship^TM.

No. This is an online offer. You must prepare your shipping labels online using Canada Post Snap Ship^TM. If you need help creating an online profile, please contact customer support by calling 1-877-262-5762.

You must use Expedited Parcel^TM for packages shipped within Canada. Free Shipping Tuesdays domestic promo codes work exclusively with Expedited Parcel packages.

The promo code grants 100% off a package that weighs up to 5 kg/11 lbs. (actual or volumetric). You will be charged for any incremental weight above 5 kg/11 lbs. An Expedited Parcel can have a max girth of 3 m/118 in or up to 30 kg/66 lbs.

No. The promo codes only cover the cost of shipping. Options and surcharges (such as insurance, COD, signature, oversize, unpackaged, etc.) are not covered.

One-time, on-demand pickup is free (if available in your area) and can be booked using Canada Post Snap Ship^TM. You can request your pickup at the check out screen when creating your shipping label. The pickup day must be in the month of October (October 1 – October 31, 2023). See if your address is eligible for a pickup.

You must provide a valid credit card number to create a shipping label or to request an on-demand pickup. If your package does not meet the promotion's requirements, you may incur charges during the verification process (for example, if the Expedited Parcel^TM weighs more than 5 kg in actual or volumetric weight equivalent). These charges will be billed to the credit card.

No, our system cannot process gift cards. You’ll need to use a standard credit card to take advantage of Free Shipping Tuesdays.

No. We only accept standard credit cards.

Yes. If you are registered with Pitney Bowes and have a supplier account, you will be able to use the supplier account as a method of payment in Canada Post Snap Ship^TM.

If you have not yet shipped your package, you can cancel your shipping label and the charge will be removed. If the promo code you intended to use is still active, you will be able to create a shipping label with it. The code only works on the day that it is issued, from 12 am to 11:59 pm ET. You will not be offered a new code or a credit for another shipping label.

If your item has already shipped, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you shipped an Expedited Parcel^TM within Canada that weighed more than 5 kg in actual weight or volumetric weight equivalent, you were charged for the extra weight. The first 5 kg of weight were free.

You were charged if you added any options or surcharges to the package, such as adding a signature or shipping an oversized item.

You were charged during the verification process if the actual weight of the package did not match the declared weight and exceeded the weight restriction.

You were charged if your pickup was not in October.

No. The promotion only covers the cost of one free outbound Expedited Parcel^TM on each Tuesday in October. It does not cover the cost of returns.

After you’ve entered all your package details for your order, enter one of the promo codes on the Snap Ship “Your cart” page beside the package you would like to apply the promo code to. The Expedited Parcel^TM promo code will only work on one Expedited Parcel in your cart. In the right hand “Price” column, click “Add promo code” and input your Free Shipping Tuesdays code. If you don’t see “Add promo code,” you’ve signed in with the wrong type of account. Ensure that you are signed in with your Canada Post Solutions for Small Business^TM account username and password. Click “apply” to activate your promo code.

You can create up to 50 shipping labels per order in Snap Ship, but the Free Shipping Tuesdays promo codes on each Tuesday can only be applied to one Expedited Parcel in your order. Every Tuesday in October, you can apply one promo code to cover the cost of an Expedited Parcel.

No. The promo codes only work on Tuesdays in October, from 12 am to 11:59 pm ET. They do not work on any other day.

Here are some actions that may help:

• Ensure you’re using Canada Post Snap Ship^TM. The promo code will not work with other shipping tools.
• Ensure that you enter the promo code exactly as shown. No spaces or special characters!
• Ensure that you are using the promo codes for the current Free Shipping Tuesday. These codes only work on the Tuesday that they are issued, from 12 am to 11:59 pm ET.

A confirmation pop up will indicate that the promo code has been applied in your shopping cart.

On the payment page, refer to the “Promotional Discount” field under “Charges” to verify that the promo code was applied to the transaction (there will be a negative amount).

The total will be $0 for qualifying orders – unless any options or surcharges were applied to the order, or the domestic order weighed more than the maximum weight for the promotion (5 kg).

The promo code is effective from 12 am to 11:59 pm ET on the Tuesday that it is issued. If you did not use it during that designated time, take advantage of future codes during future Free Shipping Tuesdays!

Yes. The offer has a limit of an actual or volumetric weight of 5 kg for the free Expedited Parcel. You will be charged for any extra weight at regular rates.

An Expedited Parcel can have a max girth of 3 m/118 in or up to 30 kg/66 lbs.

Volumetric weight is a calculation using the cubic volume factor (length x width x height) and dividing it by a density factor (5,000 if measuring in cubic centimeters and 139 if measuring in cubic inches) of a package. On Free Shipping Tuesdays, you can ship one Expedited Parcel^TM that weighs 5 kg (11 lbs) or less volumetric or actual weight to anywhere in Canada for free. If your package exceeds 5 kg (11 lbs), you will be charged for the extra weight.

Yes. A Canada Post retail agent can scan a QR code (found in your email receipt) on your smartphone or tablet. You will have up to 5 days to print the label. Bring your package to the counter and request assistance to print the label. Note: Retail outlets can only print out non-thermal labels.

Yes. You can cancel your label on our support page or through the Snap Ship tool under Order History. If you used a promo code, you will not be able to apply it to another package or credit it to your account.

Yes. Within your Canada Post Snap Ship^TM preferences, click on “label printing.” From there you can reprint your labels and select either regular or thermal.

No. You must create your shipping labels on Tuesdays, and print the labels within 5 days. You can deposit your shipments in a postal box, at a postal office, or have your package picked up on another day.

You will earn one (1) entry every time you ship a parcel with your Canada Post Solutions for Small Business^TM customer number from October 1 to October 31, 2023. You will earn one (1) entry for every handwritten essay you mail to Canada Post on what free shipping could do for your business if you won.

When you write and mail us a handwritten essay for the contest, you’ll earn one (1) entry without purchasing anything.
