As Director of Data and Mail Services within Canada Post’s Commercial Mail line of business for the last several years, Sophie has led the team responsible for helping marketers maximize Canada Post Smartmail Marketing™ campaign effectiveness with audience insights and analytics tools and services. Passionate about moving the business forward and driving positive customer-focused change, she has held progressively more senior roles across Retail and Digital Channels, Marketing and Product Management. She also developed and taught Algonquin College’s first Digital Analytics program, focusing on helping students develop digital measurement skills from strategy to execution across web and social channels. Sophie is Board Director and Treasurer for International Social Services Canada.

In Steve’s current role at Canada Post, he supports new business growth in Canada for clients based in the U.S. and abroad. This Halifax native draws on his extensive travel experience, sharing insights and knowledge with his U.S. based customers to help them better understand the Canadian market.

Steve works with his clients to conduct marketing tests in Canada which demonstrate the advantages of including Canadian direct mail as part of the marketing mix and growth strategies.

Over the last 14 years at Canada Post, Steve has had the privilege to work alongside high-profile customers like L.L. Bean, Wayfair and Lego, to name a few.

As a sales professional for over 16 years at Canada Post, Andrew has worked within both the Quebec market as well as with international accounts.

Over the last three years, in his current role as International Account Executive, Andrew supports large businesses within the central U.S for both parcels and Canada Post Smartmail Marketing™ customers.

With more than 20 years of experience, she has supported clients with their digital, direct mail, experiential marketing and sampling campaigns. She has worked with clients from various industries, including the retail, financial, telecom and automotive sectors.

For the past 4 years at Canada Post, Maria has supported medium-sized businesses in the Greater Toronto Area as a Business Solutions Manager.
