OTTAWA - Canada Post and the Association of Postal Officials of Canada (APOC) have finalized a new collective agreement. It will be in effect until March 31, 2030.

In a ratification vote that took place between August 30 and September 21, APOC-represented employees voted to accept the agreement. It follows months of respectful, collaborative negotiation and supports the long-term sustainability of the company.

Both parties will meet to sign the agreement. Once signing is complete, the new agreement comes into effect. It will apply retroactively, from March 31, 2025, which is when the previous agreement expired.

APOC represents supervisory, operational-support, and commercial sales employees at Canada Post.
