What you can send with Home Pickup
You can schedule a pickup for:
Packages with prepaid shipping labels
Flat rate boxes
Returns
Each package must be prepared and labeled with a prepaid Canada Post shipping label. Each package can weigh up to 22.7 kg (50 lb). One pickup can includes up to 3 packages.
Schedule your pickup in the Canada Post app
The Canada Post app is the only way to schedule a home pickup. Select "Schedule a home pickup" from the More menu to see if your home address is eligible for this service
