Signing up / promotion information
The welcome promotion is a limited time offer exclusively available to new Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ customers who signed up between November 1 to December 11. Some exceptions apply.
New Members that sign up between November 1 to December 11, 2022 are eligible to redeem two (2) free Expedited Parcel™ items within Canada. This offer expires ninety (90) calendar days from the date the promotional codes are provided (by email) to the New Member.
Promo codes will be sent by email to eligible customers within 10 business days after signing up.
The promotion is for new customers who signed up between November 1 to December 11, 2022. Customers who signed up before this promotion had access to our yearly Free Shipping Tuesday campaign . We encourage you to check back in 2023 for any additional promotions we may run in 2023.

No. This is an online offer. You must prepare your shipping labels online using Canada Post Snap Ship™. If you need help creating an online profile, please contact customer support by calling 1-877-262-5762.
Make sure that you have the promotional communications setting in your My Profile set to “yes” so we can notify you when special events and promotions are offered.
Promo charges
You must use Expedited Parcel™ for packages shipped within Canada. The promo codes work exclusively with Expedited Parcel within Canada. The promo code grants 100% off a package that weighs up to 5 kg/11 lbs. (actual or volumetric). You will be charged for any incremental weight above 5 kg/11 lbs. An Expedited Parcel can have a max girth of 3 m/118 in or up to 30 kg/66 lbs. Options and surcharges (such as insurance, COD, signature, oversize, unpackaged, etc.) are not covered.
You must provide a valid credit card number to create a shipping label. If your package does not meet the promotion’s requirements, you may incur charges during the verification process.
No, our system cannot process gift cards or Visa Debit cards.
Promo codes can only be used once and refunds and credits will not be provided. Please review your order to see if you selected a different shipping service as the promo code only applies to Expedited Parcel™. Please check to make sure the package followed the promotion requirements outlined in the FAQ above. If any additional options were added or if the package was overweight this would include additional cost. If the promo code you intended to use is still active and was not applied to the package, please use with the next Expedited Parcel you ship.
Using the promo codes
After you’ve entered all your package details for your order, enter one of the promo codes on the Snap Ship “Your cart” page beside the package you would like to apply the promo code to. The Expedited Parcel™ promo code will only work on one Expedited Parcel in your cart. In the right hand “Price” column, click “Add promo code” and input your promo code. If you don’t see “Add promo code,” you’ve signed in with the wrong type of account. Ensure that you are signed in with your Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ account username and password. Click “apply” to activate your promo code.
Here are some actions that may help:
- Ensure you’re using Canada Post Snap Ship™. The promo code will not work with other shipping tools.
- Ensure you have selected Expedited Parcel™.
- Ensure that you enter the right promo code for the right product and that it is entered exactly as shown. No spaces or special characters!
A confirmation pop up will indicate that the promo code has been applied.
Refer to the “Promotional Discount” field under “Charges” to verify that the promo code was applied to the transaction (there will be a negative amount).

Yes. A Canada Post retail agent can scan a code (found in your email receipt) on your smartphone or tablet. You will have up to 5 calendar days to print the label. Bring your package to the counter and request assistance to print the label. Note: Retail outlets can only print out non-thermal labels.
