Getting your packages during the 2022 holiday season

    We’re making it easier for you to get your packages during the busy holiday season by introducing the following:

    • Extended service hours in more than 400 corporate post office locations
    • Temporary parcel pick & drop locations

    Temporary parcel pick & drop locations

    To accommodate for an increased number of shipments, we’re adding temporary pick & drop in select locations  from November 7, 2022 until January 28, 2023. You can conveniently pick up and drop off parcels at these locations too. Make sure your item is all set to go – properly packaged, labelled and with the correct postage.”

    How do I find out if my package was sent to a temporary pick & drop location?

    If your parcel has been sent to a temporary pick & drop location, we’ll leave a delivery notice card at your address or in your community mailbox. You will need to pick up your package from the address provided on the delivery notice card within 10 calendar days. Look out for a delivery notice card that looks like the one shown at the bottom of the page when you’re expecting a package.

    Where are the temporary pick & drop locations?

    The location address for any of your parcel deliveries will be on the delivery notice card we leave at your address or community mailbox. You can also find the full list of locations online.

    Keep in mind when picking up a parcel at a temporary location:

    • These locations may not offer any of our other products or services, unless they are full-service post offices.
    • Some temporary locations only accept credit or debit payments for any customs or duties owing on your parcel. Payment by cash or cheque is only accepted at full-service post offices.
