    OTTAWA – While negotiations continue, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) began strikes on Friday in the main cities of Manitoba: Winnipeg (except the processing plant), Brandon, Portage la Prairie, The Pas, Dauphin, Flin Flon and Thompson.
