How do I return stamps?
If you bought your stamps at a Post Office, you may return them at any post office. You'll need your original receipt.
If you bought your stamps through either the National Philatelic Centre or one of our online stores, call 1-877-632-6347 for instructions on returns and refunds.
If you bought your stamps at an authorized dealer, such as Staples, Shoppers Drug Mart or Costco, return them there with your receipt. Individual store return policies apply.
