Meeting address accuracy requirements helps to prevent handling surcharges, reduces wasted printing costs and puts your mail in customers’ hands more quickly.
Each mail item must include:
- A complete address, including any required suite or unit number
- A valid postal code for that address
Mailings with Address Accuracy requirements
Participation in the program is mandatory for all mailings of more than 5,000 items. There are 3 types of mailings with Address Accuracy requirements.
