My Neighbourhood Mail mailing wasn’t delivered on time

If your Neighbourhood Mail™ mailing is early, late or hasn’t been delivered, there are a few things you can check. If these solutions don’t resolve the issue, please create a service ticket to report the problem.

  • Confirm items were prepared and sorted correctly
    • Make sure the letter carrier routes you chose for the mailing were correctly numbered on your containers.
    • Check that mail pieces met the applicable standards for size, weight, content, machine processing and bundle preparation
  • Check when your mailing is scheduled to be delivered

If you did not specify a date for your mailing to be delivered, the delivery process begins when your mailing is dropped off and accepted at one of our facilities.

  • Track your mailing when you use EST 2.0

You may be able to track or confirm delivery online if you create your mailing in EST 2.0.
