- Make sure the letter carrier routes you chose for the mailing were correctly numbered on your containers.
- Check that mail pieces met the applicable standards for size, weight, content, machine processing and bundle preparation

Check when your mailing is scheduled to be delivered
If you did not specify a date for your mailing to be delivered, the delivery process begins when your mailing is dropped off and accepted at one of our facilities.

Track your mailing when you use EST 2.0
You may be able to track or confirm delivery online if you create your mailing in EST 2.0.
If your Neighbourhood Mail™ mailing is early, late or hasn’t been delivered, there are a few things you can check. If these solutions don’t resolve the issue, please create a service ticket to report the problem.
