How to schedule a pickup

You'll need a Canada Post business account to use our pickup services.

  • Check if pickup is available Use this tool to check if pickups are available at your address.
  • Select the right pickup service Decide if you need a one-time pickup or recurring daily or weekly pickups.
  • Follow the steps to request pick up
    • For One-Time On-Demand pickups: Sign in to Canada Post Snap Ship™, create your shipping label and select the flat-fee pickup option at checkout. You can also request pickups through the Request a pickup tool. You’ll be asked to sign in to your account.
    • For Recurring (Scheduled) pickups: Select the Request a pickup tool. You'll be asked to sign in to your account. Select a time (daily or weekly) for your Recurring Scheduled pickups.
  • Prepare your package for pickup Box and label your package(s). We'll pick up your shipment at the designated day and time. We can pick up packages at your business address or at another authorized address or third-party location.
