An online profile gives you access to our online shipping and mailing tools. Your online profile also gives you access to the Canada Post online dashboard, where you’ll find shipping, marketing and ecommerce tools and services to help run your business.
If you already have a customer number, enter it and its associated postal code to create your online profile. For security reasons, the associated business will be notified that you added it to your profile.
