Your small business discount depends on your Solutions for Small Business savings level. Your savings level is based on how much you’ve spent on shipping in the past 12 months.
How to check your savings level
- Sign in to your account

On your dashboard, look at the top of the right-hand sidebar to find your current savings level.

Click the Savings Level, link to see details like:
- How much you spent on shipping in the last 12 months.
- How many pieces of Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail™ you sent in the last 12 months.
- What you need to do to qualify for the next discount level.
If you ship parcels and send direct marketing materials, you’ll have a Savings Level for each category.
