These Terms and Conditions and any documents incorporated therein apply to the Offer (as hereinafter defined) set out below. Customer (as hereinafter defined) agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


Definitions

  • "Base Prices"
    means the applicable prices set by Canada Post and in effect at the time of mailing made available to the Customer under it’s Solutions for Small Business account. Base Prices do not include any of the following: prices for options, fuel or other surcharges, any applicable duties or taxes, or any other fees or charges.
  • "Eligible Items"
    means Xpresspost (Article #908) items shipped using the Canada Post Snap Ship™ channel, via Local, Regional and National rate codes, and purchased by the Customer under its Solutions for Small Business account number during the Offer Period. Local items shall not exceed 2.5kg, and Regional and National items shall not exceed 5kg. Also excludes T1 and T2 rate codes.
  • "Local"
    means the following rate codes A01, A02, A03, B01-B05, B06, C01-C12, C13, C14, D01-D06, E01-E07, F01, F02, F03-F09, S01.
  • National” and “Regional
    means rate codes G01-G10, H01-H03, J01-J03, K01-K06, L01-L03, L04-L6,  L07, L8-10, M01-M06, N01-N12, P01-P12, Q01-Q05, R01-R02, R03-R10, S02, S03, S04

Offer will be available between 12:00:00 EST August 11, 2026, to 23:59:00 EST on December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ (“SFSB”) members, whose accounts have been active within the last 36 months of the Offer Period, without a commercial parcels agreement and with a Level 4 savings level are eligible to receive the following offer on Eligible Items:

  • Xpresspost (Article #908) for a flat rate of $6.49 for Local items
  • Xpresspost (Article #908) for a flat rate of $11.99 for Regional and National items

(collectively, the “Offer”).

If eligible, Customer will continue to receive the promotional discounted parcel savings level until the end of the Offer Period, at which point the Customer will return to its applicable savings level, as per then applicable terms and conditions.

If the Customer meets these Terms and Conditions, maintains their account in good standing, and otherwise complies with all applicable terms and conditions, then the Customer will be eligible for the Offer.

This Offer embodies Canada Post’s entire offer and no other representation, understanding, or agreement, verbal or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of this Offer will have any effect. By continuing to deposit items with Canada Post, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions contained in this Offer. This Offer does not apply to any other Canada Post services other than those described above (“Services”). The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

All orders must be prepared and transmitted using an Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) including Canada Post Snap Ship™. Some exceptions may apply.

Customer is prohibited from reselling Offer to any other party without the prior written consent of Canada Post. The Customer is liable for any unauthorized use of the Offer. If Canada Post discovers any unauthorized use, the Customer will be required to repay any fees resulting from the unauthorized use. These fees will be determined by Canada Post at its sole discretion.

Services provided by Canada Post Corporation shall be pursuant to the applicable Canada Post Parcel Services Customer Guide (“Guide”) in effect at the time of shipping and incorporated herein. Offer will apply to the applicable Canada Post Base Prices at time of shipping.

Canada Post may, at any time and in its sole discretion, terminate, modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue all or part of Offer. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Guide or Price Sheets and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.

The Canada Post Website Terms of Use and the Solutions for Small Business Terms and Conditions therein (as updated by Canada Post from time to time without notice to you and at its sole discretion) are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. It is Customer’s responsibility to check the Canada Post Website Terms of Use regularly for changes, which can be found at canadapost.ca/termsandconditions, or any replacement website as designated by Canada Post from time to time. Canada Post reserves the right at any time, and at its sole discretion, to review Customer’s account or shipment for compliance and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including repayment of Offer amount, if it believes there has been a violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is liable for any unauthorized use of the Offer. If Canada Post discovers any unauthorized use, the Eligible Customer will be required to repay any fees resulting from the unauthorized use. These fees will be determined by Canada Post at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes or other matters arising out of Customer’s participation in Offer or use of the website located at canadapost.ca and all associated websites linked to canadapost.ca that are operated by Canada Post, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Customer is situated and the applicable laws of Canada, or if Customer is not situated within Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to any choice or conflict of laws, rules or principles that will result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Customer acknowledges that these Terms and conditions and the documents incorporated herein by reference set out the entire agreement between Customer and Canada Post with respect to Offer.
