How will mail be delivered to my new home?
Mail is usually delivered to:
- Your door or rural mailbox.
- Community mailbox.
- Post office (P.O.) box.
- Group mailbox.
If you live in an apartment, the superintendent may be responsible for your mailbox.
If mail is not delivered to your door and you are not sure how you receive mail, contact us.

You can request new keys for your community mailbox online. If you have the keys but don’t know the mailbox location or box number, contact us
Adding a suite number
If you have added a suite to an existing address and want mail delivered to that specific suite, please contact your city or town to register the address.
