How to add tracking to your package

To be able to track a package, you must purchase a trackable service (for example, a parcel service). All domestic parcel services (Regular Parcel™, Xpresspost™, Priority™, and Expedited Parcel™) include tracking.

If the service requires you to purchase tracking separately, you must select that at the time of shipping. Tracking can’t be added after your package has shipped.

Tracking isn’t available for packages coming into Canada using the following services:

  • Registered Mail™ International
  • Small Packet™ USA – Air
  • Small Packet™ International – Air
  • Small Packet™ International – Surface
