"WE HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE INVOICE IS AUTHENTIC, THAT IT IS THE ONLY INVOICE ISSUED BY US FOR THE GOODS DESCRIBED THEREIN AND THAT IT SHOWS THE EXACT VALUE WITHOUT DEDUCTION OR ANY DISCOUNT AND THAT THE ORIGIN IS EXCLUSIVELY FROM CANADA AND/OR U.S.A."
