If the retailer pays for return shipments
- Find the return label
- A prepaid return label may have been included with your order.
- The retailer may provide instructions on how to print one from their website.
- Some retailers provide a return code you can bring to the post office to have a label printed there.
- Confirm the pre-payment details before you go to the post office.
- Drop off your package at the post office and get a receipt as proof of return.
If the retailer doesn’t pay postage for return shipping
You’ll have to pay to ship the package.
- Bring your package to a post office.
- Choose a shipping service:

Regular Parcel™ or Xpresspost™ (for domestic returns)

International shipping (for U.S. or global returns)
- Pay for the shipping label and attach it to your package.
- Get a receipt as proof that you sent the package.
Note
We recommend asking for a signature at delivery, to prove that the parcel arrived safely.
