If you have received a damaged item or a parcel with its contents missing, inform the sender, who can submit a claim if the item was sent using one of our trackable services.

What you can do
- Contact the sender if you are not sure if your parcel was sent through a trackable service.
- Keep all wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item, as they may be required to process the claim.
