Cancelling your home pickup

You can cancel a scheduled pickup through the mobile app up to the cutoff time of 7 am local time the morning of the scheduled pickup date. After that time, cancellations can no longer be requested, and pickup fees will be billed for the pickup attempt.

How do I cancel my home pickup?

  1. Open the Canada Post mobile app and log in to your account.

  2. Go to your “Orders” and select the pickup you wish to cancel.

  3. If the cancellation is made before 7 am on the morning of the scheduled pickup, the pickup will be successfully cancelled, and you will not be charged.
