Pickups take place during regular delivery hours on the pickup date selected, between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). While we can’t provide exact time slots, your package will be picked up during the letter carrier’s regular mail delivery route.
If you live in a multi-unit building, please do not leave items unattended. Items must be handed off to the letter carrier for successful pickup.
All items left unattended are at your own risk.
Yes. Once your package is collected, the status in the Canada Post mobile app will update to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification via email.
Home Pickup is designed for one-time pickups when needed. A new pickup request would need to be made via the mobile app for each new pickup needed.
