Tracking and history

  • How do I track my package?

    Our Track tool, available on the mobile app and Canada Post website, provides the latest information on the location and status of your package. We update our information as it becomes available.

    To track your package:

    1. Enter your tracking number in the Tracking numbers To track more than one package, select Enter and add another number.
    2. Select the Track button to view your results.
  • How long can I view my order history?

    Your order history will be available for viewing for three (3) months from the date of your pickup.
  • What push notifications will I receive for Home Pickup?

    If you enable push notifications in the Canada Post app, you’ll receive:

    1. A reminder the morning of the scheduled pickup day to have your package(s) ready.
    2. A notification if your package couldn’t be picked up, with instructions to reschedule or drop off.
