New invoice changes coming 2025
What’s new:
All charges and adjustments issued by Canada Post will appear on a single consolidated invoice per invoicing period, grouped by product type for easy reconciliation. There will no longer be separate summary and detailed invoices. Filtering will be available on the data file.

Please review the new Data File Invoice template, specifications and sample consolidated invoice (PDF) with your accounting team(s) and/or 3rd party vendors that manage your invoices to determine if this will impact your current processes and if any changes are required.
