Do you have a Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM customer number (formerly VentureOneTM)?


You'll need a Solutions for Small Business customer number to take advantage of Free Shipping Tuesdays. If you use any other online Canada Post services, then you will need to use a different email address when you create your Solutions for Small Business profile. Examples of other Canada Post services include FlexDeliveryTM, My Mailbox, or Mail Forwarding.
Have you created your online profile?
Make sure you’re ready to use Snap Ship to take advantage of Free Shipping Tuesdays. Sign in to Snap Ship using your business credentials now to be sure.
You’ll need your Solutions for Small Business customer number and postal code to create your online business profile.
Find your small business customer number
Your customer number is printed on your Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM or VentureOneTM card. It is also included in all emails and communications you receive from the Solutions for Small Business team.

Create your online business profile
Once you have your Solutions for Small Business customer number, create your online business profile. If you use any other online Canada Post services, then you will need to use a different email address when you create your Solutions for Small Business business profile. Examples of other Canada Post services include FlexDeliveryTM, My Mailbox, or Mail Forwarding.
Try signing in at Canadapost.ca using your small business online business profile credentials. If you don’t know your login credentials, try a password reset.
If our system indicates that you don’t have an online business profile, you’ll need your Solutions for Small Business customer number and postal code to create an online business profile.

Size and weight limits for free packages sent within Canada
Send a free Expedited ParcelTM within Canada of up to 5 kg (actual or volumetric weight). Shipments that exceed this limit will be charged for the extra weight at regular rates.
Volumetric weight is a combination of a package’s size and weight. Avoid surprise fees by calculating the volumetric weight of your package now.
