Your customer number is printed on your Canada Post Solutions for Small BusinessTM or VentureOneTM card. It is also included in all emails and communications you receive from the Solutions for Small Business team.

Create your online business profile
Once you have your Solutions for Small Business customer number, create your online business profile. If you use any other online Canada Post services, then you will need to use a different email address when you create your Solutions for Small Business account. Examples of other Canada Post services include FlexDeliveryTM, epostTM, or Mail Forwarding.
Try signing in at Canadapost.ca using your small business online business profile credentials. If you don’t know your login credentials, try a password reset.
If our system indicates that you don’t have an online business profile, you’ll need your Solutions for Small Business customer number and postal code to create an online business profile.
