Reach customers even when they move

Canada Post’s National Change of Address (NCOA™) Mover Data service helps update your customer lists using consent-based mover information, ensuring your mail reaches customers who have chosen to share their new address.

Why update address data

Extend customer relationships

Stay connected when customers move by ensuring your mail continues to reach them at their new address.

Improve targeting accuracy

Accurate, up-to-date address data supports better segmentation and audience insights, helping you target more effectively.

Reduce campaign costs

Minimize wasted spend and undeliverable mail by keeping contact information current and reliable.

How Mover Data service works

Canada Post licenses NCOA Mover Data exclusively to approved Service Bureaus, who offer professional services that support customer address updates.

The database includes updates provided by individuals who have requested mail forwarding and consented to have their updated address used for mailing purposes.

Browse our approved Service Bureaus below to find a trusted data partner that best fits your needs.

The NCOA Mover Data service is designed to update address information for existing customers only.

You can use the service to:

  1. Apply a one-time address update across an entire customer mailing list, or
  2. Identify and update moved customers when preparing a Personalized Mail™ campaign.

All updates are based on consent-provided mover information used solely for mailing purposes.
