You must buy the first $100 of liability coverage for Regular Parcel™. The availability and limits of liability coverage may vary according to the nature of the items you ship and the service you use. Terms and conditions apply. Liability coverage isn't included for Xpresspost™ Certified.
Additional Liability Coverage
You may buy Additional Liability Coverage of up to $5,000 for qualifying shipments, in increments of $100. This includes Prepaid envelopes and labels, but excludes flat rate boxes and Xpresspost Certified. Except for Priority service, where Signature is a no-charge option, purchase of the Signature option is mandatory for Additional Liability Coverage. You must select all options at the time of shipping to make sure they’re properly captured and linked to the unique tracking number. Terms and conditions apply.
