Service Types available to you are based on your customer and contract number.
Only the available types will be listed here.

Select the service type(s) you wish to access from the drop-down list on the main shipping window.

Press Save
If you have de-selected a Service type it will not be available from the drop-down. You must return to Preferences to re-select if you wish to access.
